Regulations for Service Provision by Polish Wings of Development

Welcome to Polish Wings of Development. This document defines the rules of cooperation with our accelerator in Łódź. We have been operating since 2017 at 104 Piotrkowska Street. We are not a large corporation. Our 6-person team focuses on real profits for small Renewable Energy companies and GreenTech startups. If you use this site, you accept the following rules without unnecessary talk. We do not use complicated legal language because we care about clear communication. Every user visiting our service should know that we focus on hard data. Our accelerator helps local installation teams and engineers get on track. We operate mainly in the Łódź region and our office is here. If these rules do not suit you, simply do not use our tools, such as the ROI calculator. We respect your time and expect the same from our business partners. Remember that all content on the site is for informational purposes. These are not pipe dreams, but solid knowledge supported by 83 technical audits we have conducted in recent years.

You can freely browse our guides and use the profitability calculator. Copying our texts or graphics without express consent is prohibited. Everything you read here was written by our engineers and advisors. We do not allow automated data downloading from the service by bots. Your right to use the forms may be blocked if you act to the detriment of the site. We respect honesty in business and demand the same. Our investment return calculator is meant to help with estimates, not serve for manipulation. Use it responsibly and enter real amounts. Remember that simulation results are only predictions, not a bank guarantee. Every GreenTech project is different and requires a separate look. We do not take responsibility for errors resulting from you providing false data in contact forms. We act efficiently and professionally. If you find a technical error on the site, let us know by email. We will fix it usually within 4 business hours. It simply pays off for both parties.

We offer very specific support for the Renewable Energy industry. Our initial technical documentation audit costs 1450 PLN. This is a constant, one-time amount for an engineer to check your project. Preparing a grant application usually takes us 6 business days, provided you supply us with a complete set of documents. We do not promise that every application will pass, but we guarantee the lack of formal errors. We handled 47 such cases in the last year alone. If you choose our sales support, we will help you acquire your first 12 permanent recipients. Payments for services are made on the basis of a VAT invoice with a 7-day term. We do not use hidden costs or fine print. You know exactly what you are paying for – for real man-hours of our 6-person team. We are not the cheapest company in Łódź, but we do not fluff. Every PLN spent with us translates into specific data for your business. If you need technology testing in the field, we will set a date and conditions within 3 business days of the inquiry.

Information published on the site is the result of our professional practice since 2017. However, it does not replace official legal analyses or full construction projects. Polish Wings of Development is not responsible for financial losses resulting from your independent business decisions. We provide hard data and catch design errors, but the final step is up to you. In the green energy industry, risk is always present, and we help to effectively limit it. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions in the site's operation caused by third parties. Our prototype test reports are reliable but concern the specific conditions in which they were made. Results may vary depending on the weather or panel installation location. We always say directly if your project does not promise profit. We will not lure you into cooperation if our calculations show it doesn't make sense. Our reputation in the GreenTech environment is more important to us than quick earnings on a weak idea.

If you have any objections to our work, write to us immediately. We accept complaints at biuro@skrzydlarozwoju.pl. Describe the situation exactly and provide the invoice number or consultation date. Marcin or Kasia from our office will analyze the case within 48 hours. We do not run away from responsibility for possible mistakes. If our engineer actually missed something important in the audit, we will correct it without any additional charges. You can also visit us in person at 104 Piotrkowska Street in Łódź and explain the matter over coffee. We just ask for a prior phone call at +48 42 201 05 67, so we are on site. We try to resolve all disputes amicably through a simple conversation. If, however, we do not reach an agreement, the case will be settled by the court competent for our headquarters in Łódź. Remember that these regulations may undergo minor changes with the development of the Renewable Energy market. We will inform you clearly about important corrections on this subpage.
