Practice instead of theory

Andrzej is a man of specifics. You won't find him at conferences in a suit. He's usually on a roof or at clients' switchboards. For 8 years he has been making sure that renewable energy installations near Łódź and Pabianice actually produce electricity, not just look nice on brochures. At Polish Wings of Development he is responsible for what's most important – the hard technical side of your business.

47 photovoltaic farm projects and hundreds of smaller installations for local companies have passed through his hands. He knows every mistake an installer can make in a hurry. Let's check specific numbers: his audits allowed our partners to avoid 12 serious failures in 2024 alone. It simply pays off because repairs at the construction stage cost a fraction of what service after two years of device operation would.

What does he do in the team?

Andrzej verifies the technology in which our pupils invest. He does it without fluff. If the modules are low grade, he will say it directly instead of pulling the wool over your eyes. We operate on hard data, so every opinion of his is supported by specific thermal imaging measurements and grid parameter analysis.

  • Technical assessment of 3-4 projects each week.
  • Field trips up to 65 km from the headquarters in Łódź.
  • Checking as-built documentation for installation teams.
  • Practical training in safe assembly of roof systems.

Working with him saves real time. Instead of reading long reports, you get a specific list of things to improve from him. It usually closes in 3-4 points that have a key impact on fire safety and current efficiency of the installation. We respect your time, so Andrzej never beats around the bush during a review.

He can be stubborn when it comes to safety standards, but that's a trait for which our oldest partners value him. If Andrzej says that the cable cross-section is too small, it means it is and there is no point in arguing. (Heads-up: he rarely arrives late, but if he does, it's usually due to traffic on Zgierska or an unexpected downpour at a construction site).

Privately? He doesn't take a break from technology and mechanics either. In his garage he is restoring an old motorcycle from 1982. This teaches patience and attention to detail, which he then transfers to every renewable energy construction he supervises. Andrzej has been with us since 2017 and it was he who built the foundations of our technical standards.
