The right hand of every project at Polish Wings of Development

Kasia has been keeping order in our office at Piotrkowska 104 for over 7 years. She came to us when the company consisted of three people and a pile of unorganized binders. Today she makes sure that our 13 technical advisors always have up-to-date project data. She doesn't like beating around the bush and fluff – if your application is missing a signature on page nine, Kasia will find it in 4 minutes and immediately inform you about it.

The documents of 47 small companies that entered the green energy market thanks to us have passed through her hands. Kasia does not deal with theory, but with hard practice. It is she who monitors deadlines in offices and makes sure that each of our partners gets a report on time. In the last quarter, she personally supervised the sending of 156 letters to environmental protection funds, of which 151 passed without any formal corrections the first time.

At Polish Wings of Development, she is also responsible for the logistics of our workshops for GreenTech startups. If you come to us for consultations, she will make sure you have a place to park and that the room does not lack specific work materials. She negotiated 14% lower rates for technical equipment rental for us because she simply knows numbers and does not let herself be tricked into unnecessary additions.

Privately, Kasia is a native of Łódź and cannot imagine working in another city. She believes that local patriotism is not just talk, but real support for local entrepreneurs. Outside of work, she restores old furniture, which requires the same patience as straightening errors in our contractors' invoices. She can be tough in negotiations, but thanks to that our office works like a well-oiled machine.

Heads-up: Kasia probably brews the strongest coffee in all of Łódź, but she only drinks it with those who come with a specific plan, not with visions without substance. We operate on hard data and she is the best example of it.
