Key Deliverables
- Error report in 24h
- Access to equipment
- Shorter time by 3 weeks
Technical Implementations
Real tests instead of computer simulations
Most small companies in the renewable energy industry get stuck at the stage of pretty drawings. A computer simulation shows that a turbine or panel will work great, but life in Łódź or near Bełchatów is another story. We take this equipment outside. In 2023, we checked 14 different devices. Honestly? 9 of them failed before 4 hours had passed. It's better to find out at our place on Piotrkowska than at a customer's who just paid the invoice.
We give you access to equipment that would eat your budget for two years if you bought it. We have network analyzers and thermal cameras. We don't play at writing thick volumes. After the test, you get a specific error report. Usually we send it within 23 hours of completing measurements. We write simply: this is heating up, that has slack, and here electricity is escaping. No unnecessary talk.
- Access to measurement stations for 2 people from your team.
- Continuous measurements for 4 days in different weather conditions.
- Verification of housing tightness according to the IP65 standard without fluff (literally and figuratively).
- Analysis of energy consumption with an accuracy of 0.1W.
We've noticed that teams working with us shorten their market entry time by about 3 weeks. It's not magic, it's simply the lack of necessity to correct the same errors five times. Our workshop is not a sterile laboratory. It's a place where you can see if your controller can withstand vibrations on a mast or frost in February. If something is going to break, let it break at our place under the camera's eye.
We operate on hard data. If your inverter loses efficiency at 32 degrees Celsius, we will show you on a graph. We don't judge the idea, we judge the physical operation. Polish Wings of Development is not a certification body, but here you will find out if it's worth going there at all and paying for official stamps. It simply pays off because one burned prototype is often a cost of around 3,800 PLN.
Heads-up: We don't accept projects that don't have at least basic health and safety documentation. The safety of our four workshop staff is more important to us than the most interesting invention. Sometimes we refuse if the project threatens fire in the hall.
P.S. If your prototype is still in its infancy, no matter. We often start by checking the components themselves before you put it all together. This saves about 1,400 PLN on materials that would burn anyway at the first short circuit.
